This is a position where candidates are hired as a Management Trainee and train to get promoted to a Store Manager.  Tradehome’s Management Development program is a hands-on training program that teaches individuals the management, sales, merchandising, leadership and recruiting skills necessary to run a successful operation.  Tradehome does not promote based on seniority, but based on job performance.
